The maintenance on our databases is now complete, we are in the process of verifying that everything is working correctly and will look to fix any issues as they are discovered.

Reschedules from the 22nd June 2017.
On Wednesday 28th June we will be performing some database maintenance which will affect the Simply Hosting Portal and API.
For a brief period, the API and Portal will be offline and replaced with a maintenance page.
The impact expected is that for the duration of the maintenance customers will not be able to raise or view tickets or use remote facilities such as reboots and reinstalls.
We do not expect any issues however should any arise, we will make a decision to either extend the window or initiate the rollback procedure.
