The fan identified as needing replacement was incorrect and the one that has failed is less important. Unfortunately, the engineer was not carrying a replacement for this fan and this maintenance will have to be rescheduled again.

During preventative maintenance checks we have determined that there has been a fan failure on one of our UPS units, during this period, load will be transitioned via STS to replace the defective part.
We do not expect this to be service affecting, however it should be considered "at-risk" as there will be reduced resiliency at some points during the window for a portion of our data centre.
