Verifying
All devices involved in this maintenance window have been rebooted successfully. Where possible, outages have been avoided and/or kept to a minimum. However there was one device which had extended downtime and needed manual intervention to recover.

We will assess this device in due course and decide whether we will need to replace the hardware in a future maintenance window

Routine monitoring has detected that a small number of our top of rack (ToR) switches require a reboot due to a software issue. While they are currently passing traffic normally, this is a process we would like to complete as preventative maintenance before our annual engineering freeze in order to minimise any potential issues.

Please check our Portal to find out if your service will be affected. We estimate downtime to be around 10-15 minutes.
