Scheduled - Maintenance will take place on our Hyper-V platform between 15th and the 28th October from 01:00 until 05:00 GMT. During the update, VMs will be put in a save state, so they will be unreachable for a few minutes. If for any reason this isn't possible and the automated script fails, they will be forcibly shut down.

This network status page was developed to provide a service status overview for customers of Simply Hosting & Servers (a trading name of PoundHost Internet Ltd). The server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

Scheduled - One of our transit suppliers is making changes to the IPv6 numbering within their network and we need to make some matching changes to our border router. During and after this window customers may see IPv6 traffic taking different paths to and from the Internet. We have ample capacity elsewhere in our network and with other transit suppliers so don't expect any customer impact but we are announcing this as an at risk period for the network.
