This network status page was developed to provide a service status overview for customers of Simply Hosting & Servers (a trading name of PoundHost Internet Ltd). The server is hosted in the USA so it is geographically separate from our UK data centres and network infrastructure.

There is an XML feed listing the current (5 minute) service checks. We also offer an RSS feed of our service announcements, both of which are freely available to customers and anyone else who find them useful.

Scheduled Maintenance
Engineering Freeze 2019 Dec 19, 17:00 - Jan 6, 09:00 GMT
During the festive period we will be entering into an engineering change freeze.
This period will run from 5pm on Thursday 19th December 2019 until 9am on Monday 6th January 2020.
During the engineering freeze we will not be performing any manual changes to our core network and systems unless there is an operational issue or pre-agreed in another maintenance.
Automated systems will still function as normal.

Scheduled - One of our connectivity suppliers, LINX, have informed us of network maintenance they will be carrying out that will result in one of our connections to LINX being out of service for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window. We have other connections to LINX and other paths to the Internet via other suppliers with plenty of capacity during this time but customers may notice traffic taking different paths to its destination.
