Scheduled - Maintenance will take place on our Hyper-V platform between 15th and the 30th January from 02:00 until 07:00 GMT. During the update, VMs will be put in a save state, so they will be unreachable for a few minutes. If for any reason this isn't possible and the automated script fails, they will be forcibly shut down.

Scheduled - During this maintenance we will be investigating an intermittent networking issue. This will involve isolating certain links and diverting traffic in order to perform tests on various parts of our network. This should not be considered service affecting however certain parts of the network will be at reduced redundancy while links are taken out of service and tests are run.

Scheduled - In line with many of our suppliers, we will be entering into an engineering change freeze during the holiday period. This will minimise the risk of any issues during this busy time of year for our customers and while we have reduced levels of staff.

The change freeze will run from Friday the 19th December 2025 at 9am until Monday the 5th January 2026 at 9am.
