Dedicated Server Network maintenance

Scheduled for Oct 21, 22:00 BST - Oct 22, 02:00 BST

Scheduled

During this maintenance window we will be migrating the routing of some dedicated server products to a new pair of routers as we look to deprecate the existing routing platform.
This work will cause a service interruption for affected customers as their default gateway moves between devices however the duration of this interruption should only last for a few minutes.
Based on the operating system of the server and local configuration it may take up to 5 minutes for servers to recognise this change and update their arp tables accordingly, however in the vast majority of cases this will only take a few seconds once the new gateway comes up.
