Update
The backup software has bee upgraded on all servers and appears to be functioning correctly.
We will continue to monitor them for anomalies but don't anticipate any further work being required.

During this window we will be performing software upgrades on our backup servers, this will put them all on the latest version which solves some issues that we have put in place workarounds for in the past.
The actual upgrade time will vary depending on server, however as this is just a software upgrade, downtime will be minimal.
