Our monitoring has identified an issue with a router on our network in Telehouse East in London. Whilst the device is stable and operating, as a precautionary measure we will be conducting emergency maintenance today to move some critical connections to an alternative device to ensure the ongoing stability of those connections.
Customers may notice one or two periods of brief interruption for the network to converge whilst we failover each connection to move it throughout the day. Theses interruptions should be limited to no more than a minute each time.
